Service Provider

Tree Master is provided by 34Devs Shopify Agency. By installing or using Tree Master, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About the Service

Tree Master is a Shopify application that allows merchants to create, manage, and deploy navigation menus for their Shopify storefronts. Features include a drag-and-drop menu editor, support for 21+ link types, Custom Code menus, scheduled publishing, version history, menu analytics, and JSON import/export.

The Service is available in two plans: a Free plan and a Premium plan. Feature availability differs between plans as described on the Pricing page.

2. Eligibility

To use Tree Master, you must:

• → Have an active Shopify store
• → Have the authority to install apps on that store
• → Agree to these Terms of Service and Shopify's Partner Terms

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Tree Master to:

• ✕ Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• ✕ Inject malicious code, scripts, or links into menus
• ✕ Attempt to circumvent Shopify's platform restrictions
• ✕ Abuse the API in a way that degrades service for other users
• ✕ Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Tree Master for accounts found to be in violation of these terms, without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

Tree Master, including its code, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by 34Devs Shopify Agency and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Installing the app grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for the purpose of managing your Shopify store's navigation.

Your menu data (the content of menus you create) remains your property. We claim no ownership over the navigation structures or content you create using Tree Master.

6. Availability & Modifications

We aim to keep Tree Master available and operational at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Downtime may occur for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control (e.g. Shopify platform outages).

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features from Tree Master at any time. Significant changes that affect the Premium plan will be communicated with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 34Devs Shopify Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business — arising from your use of or inability to use Tree Master.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim. If you are on the Free plan, our total liability is zero.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Tree Master is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of Tree Master after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you through the app or by email.
